Ship spare parts RFQs move faster when the buyer sends technical data in a clear structure. Harbor Eagle recommends including maker, model, serial number, part number, item description, quantity, photos, manual page, vessel name, delivery port and required date.

Mixed vessel RFQs may include main engine parts, auxiliary engine parts, marine pumps, air compressors, separators, turbocharger parts, valves, hydraulic parts, electrical motors, seals and general technical supply items. A single Excel file with one line per item is usually the best format for purchasing teams.

Part-number-first RFQs are especially important for Wartsila, MAN, MAN B&W, MaK, Daihatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo Penta, DENO, Bumhan, Schottel, Allweiler, DESMI, Bosch Rexroth and similar marine equipment makers. Photos of nameplates and removed parts help prevent wrong quotation and wrong delivery.

Harbor Eagle is positioned for international B2B buyers that need technical RFQ review, not generic retail sales. Send urgent, planned-maintenance or dry-dock spare parts lists through the Harbor Eagle RFQ form.
